Description

Stators for Bornemann E4L 2650 progressive cavity pumps / mono pumps

Our stators are Made in Germany and available in various colours and materials (elastomers). Please select which version you need. The standard stator is made of NBR material, it has no holes for sensors (“TSE holes”) and no inlet cone. – If you are not sure you can contact us directly and we will find out with you.

Our recommendation: Change the stator together with the rotor. – Of course, this is not always necessary. Depending on the medium you are pumping (e.g. oils), a rotor may still be in good condition. However, purchase both from the same supplier. This ensures that the stator and rotor are optimally matched to each other.

For complete maintenance, you should also replace the joint on the rotor or repair it yourself with our spare parts kit. – You can also send it in and we will service the joint for you. For the common pump sizes, we can also send you a replacement joint directly.

Options:

The elastomeris available in black colour (this is the standard) or in light colour. The light colour is used to pump light-coloured lacquers or light-coloured food. This prevents the smallest abrasions of the elastomer mixture from changing the colour. Regardless of the elastomer colour, all stators are suitable for food.

TSE drillings. These are prefabricated holes for screwing in temperature sensors. We are also happy to supply you with the matching probes with the stator.

Inlet cone: Our stators are available with a conical inlet cone. This achieves better intake behaviour.
