Mono Pumps / Progressing Cavity Pumps

Due to their universal properties, progressive cavity pumps are the most frequently used positive displacement pumps. They are an important component in all processes where sludge and waste, solids-laden liquids, paints, viscose or non-Newtonian fluids are conveyed. Due to their constant delivery rate, they are also excellent for metering applications. German Legacy offers a comprehensive range of progressive cavity pumps.

4 eccentric screw pumps, mounted with motor
  • GERMAN LEGACY progressive cavity pumps are used to pump all media containing solids.
  • Fluids are conveyed and metered without pulsation
  • Promotion of food, also with pieces
  • Resistant pump elements for pumping abrasive media such as milk of lime and mortar
  • Drop fit– The screw pumps we supply have connection dimensions that comply with the Bornemann* standard. For other manufacturers, we offer correspondingly adapted units or supplementary adapters. This means that our pumps can usually be easily installed in existing environments without modification.

Designs as:

  • Block design, with directly flange-mounted gear motor, very compact also for vertical mounting in units
  • Standard: With coupling and gear motor on a common base plate
  • Funnel pumps for media with high solids content
  • Vertical progressive cavity pumps for installation in tanks and containers
