Multiphase Pumps

GERMAN LEGACY multiphase pumps are used to lower the head pressure of oil wells and thus increase production. Depending on the requirements, we offer our customers systems for pumping in small “single well units” up to complete pumping stations for the production of entire fields. GERMAN LEGACY multiphase pumps have all the features required to deliver continuously even at high gas contents.

  • Pumps with the widest possible range of use for almost any application.
  • Dry running also possible over longer periods without any problems
  • Lower operating costs due to increased efficiency and reduced wear through optimised recirculation
  • High performance through optimum design and maximum manufacturing quality in accordance with Bornemann* specifications
  • High availability of over 95% or more than 345 days/year, guaranteed
  • DROP FIT design, dimensions and performance data analogous to Bornemann* pumps MW and MPC series
  • Positive displacement pump for optimum delivery of media regardless of viscosity or density
  • Screw pump in double-flow design with non-contacting rotors
  • Liner exchangeable
  • Design and maximum manufacturing quality according to Bornemann* specifications
  • Pumps according to API 676 3rd Edition, NACE MR01/75 as well as CE and ATEX
  • Seals single or double acting, according to API 682 and with API Plan 32 or 53.
  • External bearing, oil-lubricated bearings, if necessary with circulating oil lubrication for high loads
  • Smart external fluid management
  • Cast steel body, forged or welded, with pressure rating of 50 or 100 bar, or ANSI B16.5 300lbs or 600lbs.
  • Shaft material 1.4552, forged with increased strength
  • Engineered rotors for optimised material selection and separate replacement of the feed screws in case of wear
  • Liner made of Ni-resist and exchangeable
  • Gearbox according to AGMA 10 made of XXX surface hardened
  • Flange connections in ANSI and DIN
