Rotor for SEEPEX BN 2-6 progressive cavity pumps / mono pumps

Our rotors are Made in Germany and available in various materials.

Please select which version you need. As standard, we install rotors in 1.4571 or 1.4404 stainless steel. If you are pumping very abrasive materials, you should use a hard chrome-plated (“hcp”) rotor. Some rotors are available with a single chrome layer or optionally with a double chrome layer.

If you furthermore need a special version (or are not sure): Simply write a short note in the shopping cart. – Of course, you are welcome to contact our spare parts hotline and we will help you directly.

A few tips:

Order the rotor assembly kit with. It contains a few small parts that you should replace when attaching the new rotor to the joint.

Our rotors do not differ in dimensions, even if they are chrome-plated. They are therefore suitable for all common stators. However, we recommend changing the rotor together with the stator. The elastomer (the “rubber”) inside the stator usually wears out faster than the rotor and should be replaced now at the latest. This way you get full performance for your pump again. It is best to purchase both from a single source. This will ensure that the rotor and stator are suitably matched to each other!

For a complete maintenance, you should also check the joints on the rotor and on the drive shaft and replace them if necessary.

Our tip: You can send us your old joints. We will then check and renovate them for you. In most cases, this is possible with the replacement of some wearing parts. This is good for the environment and easy on your wallet!

Before reassembling, also check the large gasket (drawing position 501) between the pump casing and the bearing housing. Is it cracked or otherwise damaged?
