Multiphase Pumps
German Legacy pumps are used to lower well head pressure and in doing so increase transfer. Depending on requirements, we offer our clients products ranging from facilities for transportation through “Single well units” to complete pump stations for the production of complete fields. German Legacy Multiphase pumps offer all the attributes necessary for continuous transportation, even in the case of high gas content.

- Pumpen gemäß API 676 3rd Edition, NACE MR01/75 sowie CE und ATEX
- Dichtungen einfach- oder doppeltwirkend, gemäß API 682 und mit API Plan 32 oder 53.
- Außenlagerung, ölgeschmierte Lager ggf. mit Ölumlaufschmierung für hohe Belastungen
- Smartes externes Flüssigkeitsmanagement
- Casing made of cast steel, forged or welded, with a pressure rating of 50 or 100 bar, or ANSI B16.5 300lbs or 600lbs
- Shaft material 1.4552, forged with increased strength
- Engineered rotors for optimized material selection and separate replacement of conveyor screws in case of wear
- Ni-resist, replaceable liner
- Gearbox in accordance with AGMA 10 made of XXX surface hardened
